The Site provides information about Dr. Kennedy's professional background, books, research, media appearances, speaking, and the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. method and BREAVA. It is an informational and professional website. It does not sell products or services directly, and it does not provide medical care.

Requests to quote or reproduce content, including for press and educational purposes, can be sent through the contact form.

5. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including BREAVA (breava.com), the BREATHE course, online booksellers, and video platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Any purchase you make through a third-party site is governed by that site's terms.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to Dr. Kennedy's office. Submitting a message does not obligate us to respond or to accept any speaking, media, research, or other engagement. Please do not send personal medical information through the contact form. Communications through the Site are not confidential in the way a conversation with your own physician would be.
